1. Service

KEEPIX provides a goalkeeper training session design tool available at keepix.online. We offer the following plans:

2. Payments and cancellation

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.

3. Acceptable use

By using KEEPIX, you agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding of KEEPIX are owned by KEEPIX. You retain full ownership of the session designs you create using the tool. By using KEEPIX, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or professional coaching activities.

5. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the content (session designs, notes, evaluations) you create in KEEPIX. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

7. Disclaimer

KEEPIX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
